The Nova Flare Quilt by Amanda Kelly of QuiltCakes Skill Level: Advanced Beginner Skills Include: Utilizes snowball technique. Quilter must be capable of marking 1/8" measurements on blocks. An accurate and consistent 1/4" seam allowance is necessary. Pattern assumes that the quilter has basic piecing and quilting knowledge. Pattern is fat quarter friendly. Requirements listed in photos. Width of fabric must be at least 42" for yardage and is assumed unwashed.
